Brigid is the Managing Director of Envision Business Solutions.  She is a non-executive director, executive coach and business advisor and bringing considerable breadth of experience and a pragmatic approach to inform strategy and solve a wide range of business challenges.

Brigid is an accomplished conference speaker, experienced board director, adept at communicating and influencing at board level and an experienced coach of senior leaders.

She works independently and as an associate with other consultancies and can bring in additional resource and expertise as required.

Envision Business solutions works in a client centred way – for each assignment we will agree your goals and outcomes and design an approach that will deliver against clear objectives.  This can include document review, data gathering and analysis, meetings with key stakeholders, workshops, research, keynote presentations and recommendations & briefings.  Knowledge transfer and Coaching are also available to support clients to implement recommendations.
